Opened in early 2018 with the goal of convincing local Minneapolitans of forgoing meat & eating a plant-based diet just once a week, F&F had it's fair share of ups & downs in convincing neighbors & visitors to give them a shot.
After undergoing a complete overhaul of it's staffing structure, FOH & BOH operations, marketing & events program it's gone on to become one a local hit, turning around both local restaurant critics & enthusiastic online reviewers.
